The filling equipment is designed for the serial production of various polyurethane foam products by pouring into molds, as well as for the manufacture of pre-insulated pipes "pipe in pipe" up to D = 219 mm inclusive. The technological process is fully automated, the work can be carried out by one operator. The time of pouring into each mold is programmed using an electronic time relay. The maximum number of molds per filling cycle is 30 pcs.

Spray guns IR-10M, IR-12 are designed for applying PU foam components to the surface. Sprayers are also designed for spraying polyurethane foam and polyurea. Switching on and off the supply of components occurs using a toggle switch. Long-lasting ball valves ensure tightness of locking.
