The components for PU foam consist of components A and B.
Component A – polyol, foamer (freon or water), emulsifiers, activator, plasticizer, flame retardant, etc.

Component B is MDI isocyanate (PIC), from which, after mixing with component A, a PU foam frame is created. There are more than ten different types of component "B". The components for rigid PU foam are divided into spraying and pouring. The difference between them lies in the different start time of foaming: spraying foam has a reaction start of 2-5 seconds, pouring – 20-40 seconds.

Small set of 126 kg (60 kg A + 66 kg B).
