The components for applying polyurea consist of components A and B.
Component A – polyol, foamer (freon or water), emulsifiers, activator, plasticizer, flame retardant.
Component B – MDI is isocyanate (PIC), from which, after mixing with component A, a PU frame is created. There are more than ten different types of component "B". The quality of isocyanate is approximately the same. Components for rigid PU foam are divided into spraying and pouring. The difference between them lies in the different start time of foaming: the spray foam has a reaction start of 2-5 seconds, the filling one – 20-40 seconds.
